VELMA srl was founded in 1980 as an electromechanical firm operating in north-eastern Italy.
The turning point in the Company’s history came in 1998 when, under the guidance of Ada Vecchiato, the firm developed an in-house design department, equipped with cutting-edge tools using “SOLIDWORK” software for the processing and designing of catering trade equipment.
Since 2000, VELMA S.r.l. - PASTALINE has provided the market with innovative solutions and compact equipment that produce an excellent finished product for both large- and small-scale production.
Since 2001, VELMA S.r.l. - PASTALINE- has participated as an active manufacturer, presenting its new products at the HOST, the International Professional Hospitality and Catering Exhibition in Milan.

Since 2004, VELMA S.r.l. – PASTALINE has showcased its product range as a manufacturer at the SIGEP trade fair in Rimini.
Since 2007, VELMA S.r.l. – PASTALINE obtained INTERTEK ETL Listed and Sanitation accreditation for the USA and Canadian markets.
Since 2010, VELMA S.r.l. – PASTALINE has taken part in the FHA (Food&HotelAsia) exhibition in Singapore.
